that values its people, builds with integrity, and invests in long-term IT growth. Due to a recent team change, we’re helping them backfill a
hands-on Helpdesk Analyst
to support daily tech operations, new hire setups, and Tier 1 troubleshooting. Why this role stands out: You’ll be
the front line
for technical support, with senior team members available for mentorship Work in a dynamic,
low-ego team
with
strong leadership Great culture, strong retention, and room to grow Target salary range: ~$70K (flexible depending on experience) What you’ll be doing: Day-to-day ticket support (hardware/software issues, Microsoft 365, Windows, printers, etc.) New hire setups, imaging, and deploying laptops/software Troubleshooting issues with O365, InTune, Active Directory, etc. Collaborating with end users and escalating complex problems when needed Building your skillset in a growing IT org with
real project exposure ✅
