Veritas Innovation is partnering with a leading regenerative medicine company focused on aesthetics and gynecology to centralize and scale internal sales operations. As part of this partnership, we are building a dedicated in-office sales and customer support team to support clinics, providers, and partners nationwide. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow into medical sales, account management, or operations. You’ll work closely with experienced leadership and gain hands-on exposure to CRM systems, client communication, and order processing in a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

Update, manage, and maintain customer records in the CRM system Make outbound and inbound calls to existing clients and prospective customers Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving basic customer inquiries Qualify inbound leads and route high-intent opportunities to senior sales staff Support follow-ups, quotes, and sales documentation Maintain accurate notes, call logs, and activity tracking within the CRM Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client experience What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written) Comfortable speaking with medical offices, clinics, and professional customers Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Willingness to learn CRM systems and sales workflows Professional demeanor and ability to follow structured processes Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Compensation

This position offers an hourly base wage plus commission opportunities based on monthly sales performance.
