Post Production Coordinator / Video Editor

to support our client’s post-production operations. This is a net-new role designed to bring structure, clarity, and organization to a fast-paced creative environment. This position is primarily a coordination and workflow role (approximately 70%), with hands-on editing responsibilities (approximately 30%). The Coordinator will act as the central point of intake and communication — a “traffic cop” — responsible for receiving edit requests, prioritizing work, tracking project status, and enabling a team of Editors to focus on execution. While this role collaborates closely with Editors and Creative stakeholders, it is not a Lead or people management position. However, the Coordinator will support light administrative oversight, including approving time-off requests and maintaining team coverage visibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative production, organization, and communication, and enjoys bringing order to complex workflows.
