
Business Development Manager, ARM Commercial Solutions
Description
As the US Business Development Manager for ARM-based Commercial Solutions, you will lead the creation and execution of 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) tailored to local market dynamics. Your role is pivotal in enabling go-to-market success, ensuring product readiness, and driving performance through targeted execution and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Route-to-Market Enablement
Build and align the 4P plan across Commercial channels within the country, ensuring coverage and consistency. Define product positioning, promotional strategy, and pricing architecture tailored to local market conditions, competitive landscape, and each route-to-market. Collaborate with regional and global category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
New Product Introduction (NPI) Execution
Ensure product readiness for launch execution of ARM-based Commercial products in the country. Drive readiness across local sales, marketing, and partner teams, including evangelism of products for local trainings, demos, etc. Monitor launch execution and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Target Setting & Execution Monitoring
Define performance targets by route-to-market and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution capabilities. Track category performance against targets and KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions. Provide regular updates to leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accountability and progress.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, product marketing, product design, or related field.
Knowledge & Skills
PC Industry Knowledge
A deep understanding of Commercial IT and the PC industry, including market trends, emerging technologies, and Commercial segments, including SMB.
Collaboration & Communication
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and drive business results.
Project Management
Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful campaign implementation.
Marketing Strategy
Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically to the market, considering product positioning, target audience, and competitive analysis.
Analytical Skills
Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales and marketing campaigns.
The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $190,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
