
Fountain Forward is looking for a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve our clients' objectives and drive business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
You are the main person who executes any campaign-related work for our clients, including new client onboarding, Facebook ad campaign building, and ongoing monthly recurring tasks for clients.
Edit templates to ensure details match what is needed to be customized in email campaigns, text message campaigns, and ad campaigns, with precision and speed.
Be technologically savvy and able to quickly become an expert in new tools and software as they are introduced.
Align with a disciplined, process-focused culture and match this principle in daily work.
Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client goals, target audience, and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital marketing, and sales, to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid advertising, events).
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and optimal performance.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that inform campaign strategies and tactics.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, recommendations, and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign management and digital marketing.
Requirements
Proven experience in campaign management, marketing, or related role, preferably in the Automotive Marketing Industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.
Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines.
Excellent proficiency in Facebook Advertising.
Knowledge of Google Analytics or other optimization tools.
Quickly develop proficiency in Google Ads and Amazon Ads.
Comfortable managing and optimizing digital advertising accounts with large budgets.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience with digital marketing agencies preferred.
