Schumacher is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Growth Associate to join our Growth Team. This role will support revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to expand a portfolio of key distribution partners, while strengthening customer relationships through an elevated cross-channel brand experience. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical thinker with a start-up mindset—comfortable exploring new opportunities, testing ideas, and evolving strategies to drive business growth. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, relationship management, brand building, and analytics. A typical day may include collaborating with a distribution partner on a category growth plan, refining a sampling or merchandising strategy, working cross-functionally to deploy a brand or marketing activation, analyzing performance from a recent initiative, or researching a new opportunity tied to revenue growth or market expansion. In this role, you will help shape how Schumacher shows up with select partners, ensuring product, sampling, marketing, and experiential strategies are aligned, differentiated, and growth oriented. Key Responsibilities:

Distribution Partner Relationship Management Manage and support a portfolio of key distribution partners, serving as a strategic, reliable point of contact for day-to-day activities and strategic growth initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve partner performance through assortment and sampling optimization, sales education, and marketing strategy. Collaborate with internal sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure strong execution and consistent brand experience across partners. Coordinate new launches for each partner with support from vendors and internal teams. Business Development & Growth Strategy Support broader Growth team initiatives tied to revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement. Be passionate about driving growth and empowered to recommend new strategic ways of boosting revenue. Research and experiment with new business models, sales channels, and market approaches to optimize revenue potential. Contribute to the development of commercial strategies for key product categories and channels. Assist in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new initiatives, programs, or markets. Partner Brand Experience & Marketing Activation Support partner-specific marketing initiatives to drive engagement across key distribution partners. Utilize a mix of marketing levers—sampling, print collateral, sales education, merchandising strategy, and other brand moments—to support partner performance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and branding teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives Ensure partner-facing initiatives align with Schumacher brand standards while addressing each partner’s audience and goals. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience within partner channels to drive commercial awareness and impact. Analytics & Performance Insights Use data to inform partner strategies, category growth plans, and brand experience initiatives. Analyze partner performance, category trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of sampling, marketing, and experiential initiatives, translating results into actionable recommendations. Develop performance summaries and reporting using CRM and internal data tools. Partner with cross-functional teams to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights to support decision-making. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, or 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, business-oriented role. Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Power BI is a plus. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate insights into action. Relationship-oriented with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Passion for revenue growth, market expansion, and business strategy. Self-starter who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a thoughtful point of view. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working cross-functionally. Interest in interior design, luxury, or start-up environments is a plus. Hybrid role with at least 3 days per week in-person at our SoHo corporate office. Benefits:
