About This Job
The Marketing Events Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of Namify’s event strategy to support lead generation, sales growth, and brand visibility. This position requires a strong blend of strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, and data-driven decision-making to ensure events—both virtual and in-person—are impactful and aligned with broader business goals. This role plays a critical part in generating marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), accelerating the sales pipeline, and driving revenue. It involves full ownership of event planning, execution, and post-event analysis while maintaining consistency with Namify’s brand and customer experience standards.
Responsibilities Event Strategy & Planning
Develop and maintain an annual and quarterly event calendar aligned with Namify’s demand generation and brand awareness goals.
Conduct ROI analysis for each event (both in-person and virtual) using historical data and forecasted lead generation potential.
Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and prioritize impactful event types—such as trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customer-focused summits—that support the sales funnel.
Execution & Coordination
Manage the end-to-end execution of all Namify-hosted and third-party events, including budgeting, branding, promotion, logistics, and internal staffing.
Lead pre-event marketing efforts across email, social media, website, paid channels, and partner networks to drive engagement and attendance.
Ensure all event experiences reflect Namify’s brand through thoughtful booth design, speaker prep, branded merchandise, and seamless follow-up processes.
Lead Capture & Revenue Tracking
Define and track key event performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline influence, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Develop and refine lead capture methods—such as badge scanning, forms, and giveaways—and ensure they are integrated into Namify’s CRM (HubSpot).
Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to accurately attribute pipeline growth and revenue to specific events.
Campaign Integration & Sales Enablement
Align events with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring inclusion in nurture journeys and strategic content repurposing.
Equip sales teams with event briefings, personalized outreach templates, follow-up sequences, and attendee target lists.
Partner with SDRs to build pre- and post-event engagement cadences, with a focus on converting high-value attendees.
Post-Event Reporting & Optimization
Deliver timely post-event reports and dashboards measuring impact on MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and closed-won opportunities.
Apply insights and data to inform future event planning, performance optimization, and budget allocation.
Test and implement virtual and hybrid event formats to expand reach and improve cost efficiency per lead.

Requirements Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on events that drive lead generation, pipeline, and revenue.
Demonstrated success planning and executing both in-person and virtual events that support sales and marketing goals.
Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience preferred).
Excellent organizational, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to set, measure, and achieve lead and engagement targets.
Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Special Consideration For
Experience partnering with sales teams to align events with ABM strategies or targeted outreach campaigns.
Background in SaaS, promotional products, or employee recognition and engagement programs.
Familiarity with field marketing and coordinating regional or industry-specific events.
Creative approach to event design, content, and experience that stands out in competitive or saturated markets.

Work Space Info This job operates in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements.
Training Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.
Safety Namify enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe working environment. Each incumbent is responsible for completing all training requirements and fulfilling self-aid/buddy-aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks as requested, and serving on safety committees and teams as requested.
