Job Summary
Supports and implements marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and align with organizational goals. Plays a key role in campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing, and visual design. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in graphic design, content development, and project management.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Marketing and Campaign Execution:
Assist with the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Support campaign planning, timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking. Analyze campaign metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
Digital And Social Media Marketing:
Assist with creating engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Support posting, scheduling, and monitoring community engagement. Track performance metrics and contribute to monthly social media reports.
Email Marketing And Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support:
Assist in creating and sending email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows. Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.) to track engagement and manage audience segmentation. Maintain accurate and organized marketing contact lists.
Project And Administration Support:
Coordinate marketing requests and ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time. Maintain organized project documentation and assets. Assist with vendor coordination, print orders, and internal approvals. Other duties assigned by management.
Content Creation And Management:
Assist with clear, engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, web pages, and marketing materials. Support the development and maintenance of content calendars. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, stories, and visuals for content creation. Execute graphic design work to create visually compelling digital and print assets that align with brand standards and support marketing and communication objectives across multiple channels.
Additional Responsibilities:
Demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and present a friendly, cooperative attitude. Ability to multitask, make quick decisions, adapt to change, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Adheres to all GWH Policies & Procedures, Loss Prevention & Safety Regulations, and GWH Guiding Principles. Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain a professional appearance. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must safely perform work; maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure all aisles and pathways to fire exits are clear and free of clutter. Adheres to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media, or a related field is preferred.
Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital media, or a related field is required. Experience in non-profit is preferred.
Excellent graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital media best practices
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.). Certification(s) are preferred.
Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office).
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Campaign Execution: Delivers marketing campaigns, assets, and performance reports on time while maintaining brand consistency.
Digital and Social Media: Keep a regular posting schedule, achieve engagement and growth goals, respond promptly to the community, and submit analytics reports monthly.
Content Creation: Develop accurate, engaging content, deliver monthly calendars, and fulfill internal content promptly.
Email and CRM Performance: Execute email campaigns that achieve high open and click-through rates, keep contact lists clean and organized, and ensure precise segmentation.
Project and Administrative Support: Complete assigned tasks within the established timeline, maintain organized project files, and coordinate vendor and print needs effectively.
