
Overview
The Senior Digital Graphic Designer, with strong digital production expertise, executes high‑quality creative assets across multiple channels. This role balances creative problem‑solving with production excellence, ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and efficient delivery at scale. The position is responsible for the planning, design, production, and delivery of a range of cross‑platform digital work, including responsive emails, eCommerce site pages, display banners, and other marketing‑related assets. This individual collaborates on all projects with the Creative, eCommerce, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to support business strategy execution. This is a full‑time, salaried, exempt position.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provides graphic design solutions and systems for use across all channels; regularly comps original designs for web, email, paid media, and promotional content, including graphic elements, layouts, color palettes, and mood boards for leadership presentations
Interprets creative direction and brand guidelines, delivering thoughtful design solutions, toolkits and recommendations
Partners closely with the creative team, project managers, marketers, developers and creative leadership
Produces and routes marketing webpages, banners, paid media and campaign emails according to the weekly calendars while collaborating closely with Digital Production Designers, the Art Director, Creative Director, and Email and eCommerce teams
Creates, executes, and ensures the timely coordinated implementation projects according to direction and job requirements with Adobe Workfront, Workflow Management tool and Salesfource Marketing Cloud
Makes changes and updates during routing for final approval and reviews work for accuracy in layout, typography, imagery and content
Manages multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizes workload while meeting all deadlines scheduled in the system
Organizes digital assets, including photography, illustration, and creative files, on the archive server
Retouches images in Photoshop for specific email or banner needs
Consistently arrives to work promptly according to the assigned schedule
Maintains discretion related to all confidential and sensitive company and customer information
Performs all other assigned duties
Experience and Skills Required
College degree preferred
5+ years previous experience in Graphic Design and Digital Production, retail preferred
Experience in designing for Retail/eCommerce sites and coordinating across multiple platforms
Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
Proficiency in Mac environment, OS X, Advanced knowledge in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, as well as a proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS, JavaScript and Responsive Design
In‑depth experience with designing and producing emails, with knowledge of dynamic content, HTML code manipulation/adaptation, CSS in‑line styling, link tracking, and digital standards for Desktop and Mobile applications. Knowledge of Responsive HTML a plus
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledge is required
Advanced understanding of graphic needs for social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest
Ability to create wireframes that demonstrate a keen understanding of the online flow
Copywriting and proofreading skills a plus
Experience with a Creative Workflow Management tool.
Ability to gather information from the beginning to lead projects, collaborate throughout the process and take good, clear direction from Creative and Online team member
Experience juggling concurrent deadline‑driven projects and have great skills at prioritizing during these overlapping situations
Knowledge about design for Mobile Web applications and knowledge of basic Mobile administration applications
Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
Knowledge of industry business and passion for following trends in the industry
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
