Background
The Southeast Asian Freedom Network (SEAFN) is excited to announce a new initiative, with our member organization, Transforming Generations (TG) in Minnesota. In this critical political moment, we are joining TG to build local capacity to meet the moment while expanding our national coordination. In response to current challenges—including limited funding, infrastructure gaps, and the urgent need to grow Southeast Asian leadership—we are launching a joint initiative: a shared position that will support both organizations’ goals. This new model strengthens capacity, sustains critical programs, deepens collaboration across SEAFN’s network. As a pilot effort, this shared role will also help develop best practices for future partnerships across the network.
