About the role
We are looking for a Creative Director – Brand to oversee all brand initiatives, campaign concepts, creative direction, and execution across multiple channels. This role requires both vision and hands‑on leadership to deliver brand campaigns and activations that inspire and perform. What you'll do
Work with senior leadership to develop, maintain and evolve the Brio brand strategy. Develop world‑class brand campaign and activations that align with brand strategy. Provide Brand oversight and consultation to channel creative teams. Develop and maintain all brand guideline materials. Lead brand creative team through project execution. Lead the socialization of organization‑wide branding initiatives. Partner with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure alignment. Provide clear, actionable feedback and direction to ensure high creative standards. Present creative concepts to executive leadership for approval. Qualifications
10+ years of creative experience with at least 3 in a brand leadership role. Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of brand development and delivery of brand campaign and activation initiatives. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Benefits / Perks
