Target Range: $71,000.00/Yr. - $77,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%. These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job Axos seeks a Segment Marketing Specialist to help accelerate full-funnel efforts that benefit our Commercial Banking division.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of marketing strategies and develop plans that support our businesses and their goals. Reporting to the VP, Segment Marketing Strategist – Commercial, this is a highly collaborative role that works closely with business stakeholders, marketing partners, and other stakeholders across multiple functions. This role is responsible for both strategic and day-to-day marketing execution in support of Axos Commercial Bank.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategy

Project management in Workfront, which includes campaign oversight and fulfilling requests in support of business partners. Ensuring ongoing communication with business partners on project progress, updates, and performance.

With the support of our marketing services team, oversee the development of marketing materials, manage campaigns and projects, and track performance metrics

Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors

Analyze market trends and client insights to inform marketing strategies

Develop and manage lead generation, brand awareness, and nurture programs

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices – always striving to keep Axos marketing deliverables best-in-class while helping streamline operations, processes, and reporting

Review deliverables, including content, design, and various other work generated by the Marketing shared services group to ensure brand, messaging, and audience, as well as accuracy, consistency, and compliance

Research ideas and best practices for lead generation, search engine optimization, and future marketing campaigns and collateral effectiveness

Improve marketing quality results by evaluating processes and proposing changes as needed while also improving speed to market

Gather and analyze market, marketing, and campaign data and translate it into compelling reports

Serve as a business segment champion within Marketing, and the Marketing champion with the business(es)

With internal partners and external vendors, coordinate the content, messaging, design, and tracking of marketing efforts in paid media, email, print, direct mail, broadcast, website, social, SEO, and other vital channels

Conduct special projects and other business or marketing support as necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years’ experience in marketing (client-side or agency), including project management; Commercial Banking and/or Financial Services marketing experience is preferred

Strong project management skills, experience with Workfront is helpful but not necessary

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with business executives

Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes who can also problem solve

Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands, and frequently changing priorities and deadlines

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio

Experience developing and deploying account-based marketing strategies

Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
