Summary

This role supports a Growth Marketing Operations and Learning Operations environment, enabling scalable, data-driven marketing communications while also providing operational and logistical support for training programs and internal initiatives. The Marketing Operations Program Specialist partners cross-functionally to analyze systems, manage CRM platforms, and support training operations to improve efficiency, execution, and overall program success at scale.

Our Ideal Candidate

5–10 years of experience in analytics, marketing operations, program operations, or related roles

Passion for data-driven operations with a strong foundation in analytics, systems, and process optimization

Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems, with strong technical troubleshooting and system support skills

Familiar with marketing automation, CRM issue analysis, data tagging, auditing, reporting, and internal operations systems

Experienced in coordinating logistics, calendars, vendors, and operational workflows across multiple stakeholders

Able to work independently and manage multiple programs, events, and operational priorities simultaneously

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and customer service mindset

Curious, proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous and evolving environments

Nice to have: experience with SQL, Tableau, Python, Keynote, Excel, and/or virtual learning platforms

Job Description In this role, you will analyze and optimize CRM platforms, marketing operations processes, and program workflows to improve execution, scalability, and system performance. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify technical issues, uncover trends, and drive system-scale improvements across marketing and operational workflows.

You will provide logistical and operational support for internal training and program spaces by managing shared inboxes and delegated calendars, coordinating with third-party vendors for room setup and catering, completing facility requests, managing storage rooms and supplies, and tracking room usage while compiling monthly data using tools such as Excel and presentation software.

You will support both virtual and in-person sessions by providing technical troubleshooting, diagnosing issues in real time, and ensuring smooth class operations. You will also track and ship materials by partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors, provide customer service to employees attending sessions, and support new internal programs and initiatives as they are launched.

Additionally, you will manage and maintain internal systems used for creating plans, tracking events, updating calendars, managing participants, and delivering recurring reports and documentation. You will translate operational and data insights into clear, concise, and actionable updates for stakeholders to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Background in analytics, marketing operations, program operations, learning operations, or technical program support

Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and supporting subscription-based, SaaS, or internal enablement environments

and requires

hybrid, on-site work .

The pay for this W-2 position ranges based on location:

Culver City - $59.41/hr

Cupertino - $63.95/hr

This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
