We’re looking for a

Creative Director, Copy

to lead big ideas from concept through execution across multiple platforms. This role is for a strategic storyteller who knows how to turn sharp insights into culturally relevant, award-worthy creative. You’ll partner closely with Art Directors, Strategy, Account, and Production to shape brand voices, elevate creative standards, and inspire teams to do their best work.

What You’ll Do

Lead copy-driven creative across integrated campaigns (brand, digital, social, experiential, film, print)

Set creative vision and tone for multiple brands while ensuring consistency and craft

Guide and mentor copywriters and creative teams, raising the bar on thinking and execution

Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Strategists to translate insights into breakthrough ideas

Present creative work confidently to senior clients and internal stakeholders

Oversee copy development from early concepts through final production

Stay plugged into culture, trends, and emerging platforms to keep work fresh and relevant

What We’re Looking For

8–12+ years of copywriting experience, with significant time in an advertising agency environment

Proven experience leading creative teams and integrated campaigns

A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength, craft, and range across channels

Strong strategic thinking paired with exceptional writing and storytelling skills

Comfort presenting to clients and selling ideas at a senior level

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced agency setting

Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and building strong creative culture

Experience working on nationally recognized or award-winning campaigns

Strong point of view on brand voice and tone development

Experience with social-first, content-driven, or digital-led campaigns
