As Creative Director, Copy, you’ll define the voice of healthcare brands and lead storytelling that turns complex science into clear, compelling ideas. You’ll shape integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, experiential, and print, while leading and mentoring a team of writers to deliver bold, strategically sound work. You’re a confident presenter, a strong partner to medical and strategy teams, and someone who consistently raises the creative bar in healthcare copy. What You’ll Do

Translate complex medical and scientific information into accurate, engaging, and emotionally resonant stories for HCP and consumer audiences. Lead copy and campaign storytelling across all channels, ensuring clarity, compliance, and creative excellence. Partner with strategy, account, creative, and medical teams to develop bold, distinctive campaign platforms. Mentor and inspire writers, fostering high standards of craft, collaboration, and growth. Present creative work with authority, clearly tying ideas to strategy and objectives. Stay current on healthcare trends, culture, and content innovation to keep work fresh and relevant. What You’ll Bring

10+ years of agency copywriting and creative leadership experience, with strong healthcare portfolio. Proven ability to translate complex science into clear, human language and sell big campaign ideas. Strong presentation, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills. Comfort in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Ownership without ego, attention to detail, and a sense of humor. Nice to Have

Experience in oncology, immunology, neurology, or rare disease. Biotech or pharmaceutical client experience. Familiarity with MLR and regulated marketing. Award-winning or recognized healthcare work.
