What does a Digital Marketing Specialist do? As a Digital Marketing Specialist at AdPro, you are a growth partner for our clients. You will own the full lifecycle of the digital experience, from high-level strategy and budget allocation to hands-on implementation and client reporting. You will drive measurable ROI for a diverse portfolio of brands, including the Colorado State Fair, UCHealth, Luisa Graff Jewelers, and multiple car dealerships, managing monthly budgets ranging from $2k to $10k per account.
Responsibilities • Manage 15-20 Google Ad accounts and paid social campaigns with budget efficiency through daily pacing and bid optimization. Apply advanced tactics such as geofencing and retargeting to capture high-intent audiences. Conduct keyword mapping and competitor analysis to support organic growth and collaborate with creative teams to optimize content for search visibility.
• Lead email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and improve customer retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide insightful reporting using tools like Google Looker Studio and GA4 to drive ROI.
Qualifications
Mastery of Google Ads and Meta Ads for effective paid media strategy
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for accurate conversion tracking
Strong foundation in Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and keyword research
Direct response copywriting skills and WordPress management experience
Experience with monthly budget pacing and data visualization for reporting
Proven ability to manage ad spends between $2k and $10k
Preferred skills
Agency experience
Knowledge of emerging media such as TikTok Ads
Advanced SEO strategies and eCommerce management (Shopify or WooCommerce)
Proficiency with heatmapping tools and A/B testing
