Proposal Coordinator / Marketing Assistant Reports To

Prepare and analyze RFP documents. Create designs and use graphics for A/E/C marketing documents. Make effective proposal presentations. Work with Project Managers to strategize and execute RFP requests and qualifications. Assist in interview preparation processes. Respond promptly to requests, coordinate assignments, and understand market types and projects. Research and strategize components and experience with SF 254, SF 255, SF 330, and other forms. Coordinate proposal schedules and action plans as part of the proposals process. Develop proposal structure and creative content to meet requirements. Utilize proposal management tools. Ensure proposals follow all RFP criteria and requirements. Coordinate graphics and images to illustrate the proposal message. Develop, write, and maintain marketing information systems and records. 3–6+ months experience in a similar field is required. BA or BS degree in technical writing, English, marketing, communications, or a similar field is preferred. Experience with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) is preferred. General Qualities
Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills; ability to navigate company internet‑based systems. Good time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge and experience in graphic design software. EEO Statement
