Our Marketing team is looking for a creative, trend-aware, and collaborative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand awareness, driving engagement, and connecting meaningfully with our community through compelling, platform-appropriate content.
Working closely with Public Relations and Marketing Strategists, this role supports campaigns, launches, events, and ongoing initiatives by bringing our brand story to life through social-first content.
What you’ll do
Manage and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and seasonal initiatives. Create, publish, and optimize original social media content, including copy, photography, short-form video, reels, and stories. Monitor platform performance and engagement, using insights to refine content strategy and posting cadence. Uphold and consistently apply the company’s brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all social platforms. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices, recommending new content formats and improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Public Relations, Marketing Strategists, Graphic Artists, and internal teams to support campaigns and initiatives. Support real-time and planned social coverage for events, launches, and community initiatives. About you
High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field preferred 2–4 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization Experience creating platform-specific content, including copy, visuals, and short-form video Familiarity with social media analytics, content scheduling tools, and performance optimization Strong communication skills with a creative and collaborative mindset What We Offer
