This is not a maintenance role. It’s a relationship-driven, revenue-impact seat inside a growing financial services firm that wins by trust, precision, and partnership. A purpose-driven, family-owned financial services company is hiring an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, primarily in the PEO space, while helping small businesses access flexible capital when they need it most. This role blends account management, financial acumen, and consultative sales, with clear upside as the company scales. They’re looking for a confident, emotionally intelligent relationship builder who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and wants to grow into a broader sales role over time. This is a remote position in Texas or Ohio.
