Responsibilities
Market Domination: Finding and winning over homeowners in your assigned territory
On-Site Inspections: Climbing ladders and walking roofs to find storm damage
Closing Deals: Helping homeowners through the insurance process and signing contracts
Self-Management: Managing your own schedule and pipeline with total urgency
Candidate Profile
You are highly competitive and motivated by performance-based pay
You have a valid driver\'s license and a reliable vehicle
You are physically able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
You move fast and take 100% ownership of your results
The Payoff
$10,000-$25,000+ per month (Uncapped commission + bonuses)
Total control over your income and your territory
