Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Riverside, CA. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with customers, handling inquiries, managing orders, coordinating with the production team, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience. The Account Manager will also track and meet sales targets and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Qualifications
Account management skills such as client communication, relationship building, and problem-solving
Experience in sales, Label sales, order management, and achieving targets
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and ensure project deadlines are met
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in the labeling or packaging industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
