Job Profile

Provide technical and organizational support to customers, external sales, project managers, and installers to ensure projects run smoothly and accurately.

Prepare complete files, collect necessary documentation, and closely monitor deadlines to achieve accurate and competitive bids.

Advise on the most suitable filter solutions based on plan studies, technical data, and customer needs.

Prepare full quotations, including pricing and accompanying technical specifications, datasheets, and explanations.

Act as a bridge between teams and ensure efficient information exchange.

Respond in an accurate and customer-focused way to inquiries over (phone, written and digital).

Align technical information, schedules, Technical Inside Sales and priorities so projects start and progress efficiently.

Gather relevant technical content and provide accurate input to customers or project partners.

Monitor the process from price request → quote → order → invoice and ensure accurate administrative handling.

Handle incoming complaints, follow up on actions, and communicate transparently with all parties involved.

Skills crucial to success in this role:

Proven experience in HVAC, Facility Management or another technical environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in HVAC, Facility Management, or another technical environment.

Proficiency in Dutch, French and English is essential.

Strong communication skills and computer literacy, with experience in Excel, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Solution- and result-oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, responsible and a strong team player. Able to work autonomously.

Ability to maintain oversight and deliver quality even in busy and demanding situations. Organized approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
