RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for sales and distribution of SBA & USDA pools, loans, and structured funding solutions into an institutional end-user base (banks, credit unions, financial institutions). You will own your institutional book, originate new demand, and partner with internal origination, trading, banking, and structuring teams to deliver tailored solutions. Primary duties will include: Maintain and expand relationships with institutional end-users (banks, credit unions, depositories, etc.) for SBA & USDA products. Originate new demand, activate client potential, cross-sell other fixed income or structured opportunities. Prepare and present client proposals, cashflow analyses, product overviews, and trade ideas Collaborate with trading, origination, and operations to negotiate terms, price transactions, and ensure delivery. Monitor product performance, prepayment & credit risk, reporting, and client servicing. Track pipeline, forecast revenues, manage KPIs, and sales metrics. Represent the firm in client conferences, roadshows, and industry forums. Stay current on SBA, USDA, regulatory, and market developments. QUALIFICATIONS
To land this role you will need: 5 to 10+ years of institutional sales, distribution, or capital markets experience, preferably in SBA, USDA, agency-backed, or structured credit products. Deep, existing institutional relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. Solid understanding of fixed income, cashflow models, prepayment, and credit risk, structure dynamics. Education / Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Series 7 and Series 63 (or equivalent) required. What makes you stand out

Onsite/In-office setting (compliant with firm’s RTO/attendance policies). Dynamic, time-sensitive trading and client environment. Climate-controlled professional office environment. Travel required for client visits, conferences, and roadshows. Hiring Salary Range $150,000-$200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data). Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
