We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to help lead and execute visual design across our brand. This role is for someone who not only works within brand systemsbut can also create, document, and evolve brand standards that scale across digital, video, print, and advertising. You will be hands‑on in design while also owning brand consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities

Create, document, and maintain comprehensive brand standards and brand guideline manuals

Own and uphold brand standards across digital, video, print, and advertising creative

Conceptualize and develop visual ideas for ad campaigns across digital and paid media

Design digital assets, including website graphics, landing pages, email, social, and paid media

Create and adapt video assets for web, social, and advertising (motion graphics, light editing, animated typography, etc.)

Design and produce print materials, including sales sheets, catalogs, brochures, labels, packaging, and POS collateral

Prepare print‑ready files, manage revisions, and ensure accuracy across specifications

Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality, color accuracy, and on‑time delivery

Develop campaign creative that is visually cohesive across static, motion, and physical formats

Review internal and external creative to ensure alignment with brand standards

Evolve the brand system as new products, channels, and campaigns are introduced

Requirements

5+ years of professional graphic design experience

Proven experience building and documenting brand systems and brand guideline manuals

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color systems, and visual hierarchy

Demonstrated experience in digital design for web and performance marketing

Ability to concept and execute advertising creative, not just production design

Hands‑on experience with print production, prepress, and file setup

Experience creating or editing video and motion assets

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail across digital and physical deliverables

Nice to Have

Experience working with e‑commerce or consumer brands

Familiarity with Figma or collaborative design tools

Experience managing multiple SKUs, labels, or regulated packaging

Understanding of short‑form video storytelling and motion systems
