Role Description [édité] is seeking an experienced Freelance Showroom Sales Representative
to join our team for the
upcoming Coterie trade show
(February 24-26) in New York. This is a freelance, on-site role ideal for a seasoned sales professional with strong relationships in the U.S. fashion retail landscape and a deep understanding of the contemporary and luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person sales appointments with top-tier buyers at Coterie
Present collections with a clear, strategic sales approach tailored to each retailer
Support show setup, merchandising, and ensure a premium client experience
Leverage existing relationships to drive new business and maximize collection visibility
Qualifications
Proven show sales experience in the fashion industry, ideally with luxury or advanced contemporary brands
Strong buyer relationships and understanding of the North American retail landscape
Confident, polished presentation skills and a customer-first sales mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, focused team
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Familiarity with platforms like Joor or NuOrder is a plus
