Springs Water Park at The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented person to solicit water park group business (groups consist of 15 or more day passes) as well as handle inbound phone calls from parents wanting to book birthday parties for their children. Hotel front desk experience helpful. Full‑time salaried management position requires flexibility to work some Saturday hours. You will work in close cooperation with the Director of Sales, Director of Food & Beverage and Snack Bar Manager to solicit, book, document and detail birthday party and water park group business. Responsible for all aspects of creating, setting up, contracting and detailing events. Must have strong computer and verbal/written communication skills. Salary $45‑48K + low‑cost benefit package: health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability insurance, 401(k).

Experience Required

Computer proficiency required.

Strong telephone and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of sales process.

Attention to detail with good organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
