
Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Printing

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead growth for our industrial printing business, focused on high-value, engineered printing solutions used in manufacturing and industrial environments. This role combines hands-on selling with team leadership and strategic account development.
You will work closely with engineering, applications, and service teams to deliver technically sound solutions executing a scalable sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow revenue across assigned territories and key accounts Lead, coach, and support a small team of industrial sales professionals (as applicable) Drive new business development with OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial end users Manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving capital equipment and custom solutions Develop accurate forecasts, pipeline reviews, and territory plans What We’re Looking For
Proven success selling technical or engineered products (industrial printing, automation, packaging, labeling, or similar) Sales leadership experience or readiness to step into a management role Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex buying processes Comfortable engaging with plant managers, engineers, operations leaders, and executives Willingness to travel as needed (typically 30–50%) Nice to Have
Experience in industrial printing technologies (inkjet, laser, thermal, marking & coding, labeling) Background in manufacturing, packaging, converting, or automation markets CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) Why Join Us
