About The Role Do you have experience in Colorado, Southern California, or Texas (DFW/Houston/Austin/San Antonio) and are ready to bring your ‘A’ game to the region? If you’re a sales professional passionate about helping mission‑driven organizations stay secure while contributing to national economic and technological leadership, this role suits you.

As a Regional Sales Manager at RADICL, you will engage SMBs, demonstrate value, foster relationships, and drive sales. Direct pipeline building is not required, but prior experience is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities

Engage with SMBs: Develop meaningful relationships with businesses critical to advancing national priorities.

Deliver Compelling Presentations: Communicate the value of RADICL’s CSaaS solution tailored to SMBs’ cybersecurity and compliance needs.

Close Deals: Build trust with prospects, navigate the sales process, and drive revenue growth.

Collaborate and Contribute: Work with RADICL’s sales, product, and leadership teams to refine strategies and satisfy customers.

Share Market Insights: Provide field feedback to shape pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required Skillset/Experience

7+ years of experience selling MDR products or similar cybersecurity services.

Proven success in selling to SMBs within the cybersecurity domain.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.

Value‑based selling expertise: positioning solutions by aligning them with customer goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 (OTE $240k – $260k).

Commission: Uncapped with accelerators.

Equity: Stock options.

The Pay Range For This Role Is 240,000 – 260,000 USD per year (Hybrid – Boulder, Colorado, US)
