Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as
Certified Private Markets Review Associates . This is
not a traditional employment role . Associates operate as
independent contractors , activated through our
certification and verification process . Once approved, associates: Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform Gain access to
live private markets deal flow and paid analytical work Review and assess
transactions, funds, and sponsor deals Build a
verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score Certification tiers:
Senior Associate · Lead Associate · Associate / Analyst LevelRating ScoreHourly PayTypical Background Senior Associate 90–100$150–200/hrEx-IB, PE, VC, senior consulting, or development professionals with 5+ years experience in private markets Lead Associate 80–89$100–150/hrFinance professionals with 3–5 years of transaction, fund, or modeling experience Associate / Analyst 60–79$50–100/hrEntry to mid-level analysts with strong technical and analytical performance What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)
Depending on your certification approvals, Private Markets Review Associates may perform: Evaluate fund performance and private market deal quality Review sponsor and operator track records Conduct commercial, operational, and financial diligence Risk assessment and quality of earnings review Summarize investment theses and red flags for investor review Financial Analysis & Modeling Support DCF, LBO, and scenario analysis Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis “Football field” valuation summaries Note:
Associates may only perform work in
categories they are approved for , and approvals are earned through
assessment and demonstrated performance , not tenure. How Associates Start Earning

Each associate receives a
0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines: Visibility
on the platform Approved work categories Recommended
hourly rates Compensation & Deal Terms
Associates are
independent contractors , not employees Hourly rates depend on
Rating Score and approval level Associates may earn up to
10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees Maximum deal-based earning:
$2,500 per transaction Payments issued
after successful deal completion and fee collection Initio Sphere reserves the right to
revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice
