As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management Consignment Inventory team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. Reviews and processes orders (e.g., warehouse transfer orders, PAR changes, new product requests, facility orders). Identifies inactive inventory and takes action to reduce/remove from consignment locations. Provides support on product inquiries. Reviews and analyzes service levels. Supports Sales Team with all customer inquiries. Follows up with field-based staff on outstanding matters concerning consignment accounts (e.g., product changes, pending requests, dead stock, new products, poor performing accounts). Works with Purchasing Agent on new product launches by identifying and executing potential product swaps. Reviews and manages open orders, billbacks, proCIT, ZZZ, and credits related to consignment accounts. Manages Open Order Report to resolve any unselected orders. Utilizes Inventory Transaction Report to support Sales Team in identifying and reconciling any potential variances prior to the physical audit. Provides field-based staff with reporting specific to consignment savings and compliance. Manages audit scheduling for consignment physical inventory, site visits and bill-back processing for designated territory. Supports all activity related to consignment location physical inventory audits (e.g., generate shrinkage invoices, manage credits, investigate discrepancies). Processes required information through MotionMD. Process direct facility billing for inpatients. Process returns for overstock, defective products, account closure, or removing from consignment account. Other duties as assigned. Job Details

Minimum of 1 year of experience with inventory and/or customer service required. Familiarity with inventory and customer service-related practices required. Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems strongly preferred. Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and orthotic products strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance. Must satisfy third-party credentialing requirements to gain access to hospital accounts. Travel Requirements
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days, and overnight stays may be required. Desired Characteristics
Partners with the Compliance Department when opening new consignment locations. Treats protected health information (PHI) with confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on payor/Medicare requirements and guidelines, policies and procedures, and current home care products and services offered by Enovis and Surgi-Care. Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
