Growing boutique investment banking & business valuation advisory firm seeks to hire an experienced Analyst or Associate to help manage the firm's book of active business valuation and merger & acquisition advisory engagements. The individual should have significant business valuation experience. The successful Analyst/Associate will have CVA, ASA, or similar valuation credential and significant client engagement and project management skills as well as the following:
1-3 years of business valuation and/or merger & acquisition advisory experience
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high quality client documents and materials in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel
High performance mindset and willingness to do whatever it takes attitude
Responsibilities
Manage client engagements from start to finish
Provide high level of client service and engagement
Manage and train Analysts and Interns who support client engagements
Qualifications
1-3 years of business valuation experience
CVA, ASA, or similar valuation credential
