Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Framingham, MA, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you will identify and generate leads, engage with potential clients, and nurture relationships to drive actionable business opportunities. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall goals. You will play a critical role in expanding Team Grid’s customer base and contributing to its growth. The anticipated On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $77K. Qualifications
4-year degree from an accredited school or university Ability to work in a full-time role in Framingham, MA in the next 30 days Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Background or motivation in Sales and Business Development Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Highly self-motivated, growth-oriented, and team-centric attitude Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
