The Opportunity Alpha Inc. is searching for a Civil Superintendent II, an elite field leader who sets the operational tone across multiple civil projects statewide. This is not a “clip‑board‑and‑hope‑for‑the‑best” superintendent role. It is high‑level orchestration, multi‑team leadership, and relentless pursuit of execution excellence. You’ll lead from the front—boots in the dirt, eyes on quality, mind on strategy—ensuring every jobsite, crew, superintendent, and project hits Alpha’s standards for safety, performance, financial discipline, and team culture. If you thrive where complexity meets accountability, if people follow you because you inspire—not because you demand—and if you’re wired for continuous improvement, this is the role built for you.
