The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for

planning and executing regional and industry events

that drive pipeline and brand awareness. This role works closely with

Demand Generation ,

Content & Communications ,

Partner Marketing

and

Sales

to ensure event strategies align with business objectives, messaging is consistent, and execution is flawless. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Demand Generation to identify and prioritize events (trade shows, conferences, regional meetups) based on ROI and target audience. Develop event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. Messaging & Content Alignment

Partner with the Content team to create compelling event messaging, booth visuals, and supporting assets that reflect brand positioning. Ensure messaging aligns with Sales strategies and resonates with target personas. Event Execution

Manage booth design, layout, and branding for all events. Coordinate logistics, including shipping, asset management, and on-site setup. Work with SDRs and Demand Gen to drive booth traffic and pre-event engagement (email campaigns, social promotion, appointment setting). Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, and external vendors/agencies for event execution. Ensure all assets (collateral, demos, giveaways) are available and consistent with brand standards. Performance & Reporting

Track event performance metrics (attendance, leads, pipeline influence) and provide post-event analysis. Continuously optimize event strategy based on data and feedback. Why Join Us?
