About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual passionate about beauty trends and visual content. This role centers on producing engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok videos that connect with audiences, inspire, and capture attention.
Responsibilities
Edit 15–20 videos weekly (Reels and TikTok)
Create aesthetically pleasing content for personal and business brands
Use retention techniques, including a hook every 1–2 seconds
Propose creative ideas and stay current with social media trends
Ensure consistent visual branding across all content
Requirements
Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.
Strong understanding of color, sound, transitions, and vertical video formats
Keen aesthetic sense and strong interest in the beauty industry
English proficiency at B2+ / C1 level
Portfolio demonstrating viral or trend-driven content
