Role Description Eastman is seeking a
Senior Strategic Marketing Professional
to lead market research, brand engagement, and opportunity identification within our
Eastman product portfolio & strategic engagement
with large brands. This role requires a seasoned professional with advanced marketing expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and proven success in engaging with global brands.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
in-depth market research
to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities ensuring alignment with our Eastman chemicals portfolio.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies through
strategic marketing initiatives
that leverage the current market scenario and position Eastman products strategically to drive business growth.
Engage and build
long-term partnerships
with large multinational brands, through
brand engagement
including exploring co-innovation opportunities through opportunity finding workshops & customized pitches.
Utilize
advanced marketing tools and techniques
(digital analytics, CRM platforms, AI-driven insights, etc.) to optimize campaigns and measure impact. Analyze competitive landscapes and global trends supported by data visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Product Development) to align marketing strategies with business objectives to translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps and drive business growth.
Provide
thought leadership
in marketing innovation, ensuring Eastman remains competitive with the current industry trends.
Mapping and keeping track of Eastman’s
existing business footprint
in India.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in science/Chemical Engineering with a Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience
in strategic marketing, preferably in specialty chemicals, industrial products, FMCG or related sectors.
Expert in deep-dive
market research tools
with skills in opportunity mapping, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
Demonstrated expertise in
market research methodologies
and advanced data analysis.
Proven track record of
brand engagement
with large MNCs, FMCG companies or global brands to sort out innovation-based growth opportunities.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in
digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
with knowledge in regulatory standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
