What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and drive execution of business and marketing brand strategies within the Commercial Field Area
Coordinate and align local strategic approaches to maximize sales performance in the assigned area
Conduct field travel and participate in various sales and marketing events to support team objectives
Analyze area budgets and make recommendations to align with national plans
Provide local market insights and facilitate communication between field and marketing teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 10 years of sales or commercial operational experience in pharmaceuticals or related healthcare
Proven track record of managing teams preferred
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in channel management and portfolio selling approaches
Strategic planning experience
Strong level of analytics and insight generation
Ability to operationalize marketing tools and resources effectively
