Aquent, a trusted partner to a leading global technology company, is seeking a dynamic communications professional to champion customer success stories, demonstrating the tangible impact innovative tools have on businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities

Source, develop, and publish compelling customer success stories across owned content channels, including blogs and social media.

Proactively identify and cultivate pitch ideas for media, maintaining a consistent flow of press outreach for customer success narratives.

Craft engaging content, including social posts, blog articles, press pitches, and other creative materials to amplify key announcements and milestones.

Develop comprehensive communications plans for product launches, ensuring customer advocates are prominently featured to illustrate real-world impact.

Strategically project manage a global pipeline of customer advocates, ensuring a steady stream of new success stories are prepared in advance of launch events.

Oversee the measurement and reporting of our global advocacy program, providing timely weekly status updates to stakeholders.

Provide essential support for launch events, including logistics coordination and targeted press outreach.

Collaborate seamlessly with diverse internal teams, including social media, marketing, product development, research, and legal departments.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, and other external stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in business communications, digital communications, product communications, or a customer marketing role.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in program and project management.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

A passion for the advertising industry and its transformative impact on businesses of all scales.

Proven track record of executing impactful and creative communications and social programs.

Experience in financial, business, and/or advertising public relations.

Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions, including sales, product, and marketing, on comprehensive communications plans.
