This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will focus on driving business growth by generating leads, developing and maintaining client accounts, and building strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, delivering tailored recommendations to clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and an ability to provide excellent customer service to support business development efforts. Qualifications

Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to effectively identify opportunities and develop client relationships Strong Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships Expertise in Relationship Building and Customer Service, with a focus on providing outstanding client satisfaction Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales-related technology is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
