SmartEquip, a B-2-B SaaS technologyforconstruction equipmentowner business productivity andparts procurement, is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialistto support the developmentand implementationof tactical plans that drive lead generation and revenue growth. In this role,you’llcollaborate closely with Sales,Product,Customer Success, and Software Partnerships teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution across the funnel. Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist will: Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns including email, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising. Support execution of global marketing andrevenue teamplans. Research and synthesize market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights. Track and analyze developmentsimpactingprospective and existing clients. Compile reports, track activities in CRM systems, andmonitorROI on marketingefforts. Assistwith directory submissions, case studies, testimonials, messaging, and media lists. Supportcommunication efforts including blog posts, sales collateral, newsletters, and social media content. Coordinate events, conferences, sponsorships, and follow-up reporting. Collaborate with Finance team; create POs, send and track invoices. #LI-AS1 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree orsignificantexperiencein a marketing role, includingexpertisein marketing email and automation platforms (likeActiveCampaign) and CRM systems (like Salesforce). Comfort with analyzing data to track performance,reportresults anduseinsights to inform and refine campaigns is crucial. Strategic and creative mindsetto helpdevelop innovativestrategies and implement them across various channels.
