We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Manager with 2+ years of direct experience selling to Costco to own and accelerate our club channel business for a performance-led fitness brand. This role sits at the intersection of strategic account leadership, product innovation, and hands-on sales execution, offering the opportunity to lead and grow Centr’s presence within the club channel with a primary focus on Costco. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, self-directed, relentlessly curious, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment where impact and momentum matter. Key Responsibilities

Own and lead strategic relationships with Costco serving as the primary point of contact for buyers and key stakeholders. Build and execute long-term sales and growth strategies to drive revenue, margin, distribution, and brand presence within the club channel. Lead annual planning processes including line reviews, assortment strategy, pricing, and promotional calendars. Prepare and deliver compelling line reviews, business updates, and executive-level customer presentations. Identify and champion new product concepts, line extensions, and innovation opportunities aligned with fitness trends, consumer insights, and club channel requirements. Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to influence the product roadmap and bring products from ideation through launch. Monitor competitive, market, and category trends within fitness and wellness to inform growth opportunities. Own key sales operations processes, including forecasting, demand planning inputs, item setup, and new item onboarding. Partner closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure forecast accuracy, inventory alignment, and on-time fulfillment. Manage pricing, cost changes, and promotional execution in coordination with finance and operations teams. Track and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and promotional effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting, internal documentation, CRM updates, and Purchase Order communication. Drive flawless execution of item launches, merchandising programs, promotions, and in-club initiatives. Act as a proactive problem-solver, addressing challenges related to supply, performance, or execution. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture through strong cross-functional partnership and leadership. Qualifications

2+ years of direct experience selling to Costco and/or Sam’s Club (required). Experience in fitness, wellness, or consumer brands strongly preferred. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex national accounts. Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, demand planning, and execution fundamentals. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Self-sufficient, proactive, and eager to learn. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
