Outside Sales Representative - Facilities Supply

to fill an immediate need with growing market opportunities. This field-based sales role supports customers in the Central Indiana area. If you are self-motivated, dedicated and can provide phenomenal customer service coupled with a passion for contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you! Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, while collaborating with branch associates to ensure satisfaction with products and services from order through delivery and beyond. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base by assisting management in developing sales strategies and targeting new accounts. Perform duties including product quotation and problem resolution. Analyze competition in the territory, devise a sales strategy, and communicate that strategy to management. Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional field image. Document all sales activity in the internal Customer Relationship Management tool for ongoing evaluation of the new business pipeline and measurement of sales closure results. Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of industry-related sales experience is preferred. Results-oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, with strong relationship-building and teamwork abilities. Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. Problem solving, leadership and listening skills. General digital literacy. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly. This is a base plus commission eligible role with no cap on commissions. The estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $75,000 - $100,000+. At Ferguson, we care for each other and value well-being alongside hard work.
