Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management for process improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
