Job Responsibilities
Define critical markets and establish new customer relationships in the assigned sales territory
Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to address design opportunities and business challenges
Ensure customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and value‑added services
Prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and strategic plans
Participate in a sales compensation plan and lead regular QBRs with major customers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience preferred
Proficiency in sales tracking systems; experience with SalesForce.com and Oracle preferred
Ability to articulate and execute complex strategies
Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
Proficiency with Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the electronic components industry
Demonstrated ability to sell the value of supply chain and full life cycle programs
