What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Interact with clients daily, developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and carrier representatives
Prepare applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new business and renewals
Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
Oversee daily activities of Account Coordinators, Account Managers, and Account Executives
Maintain accurate information to avoid errors and omissions claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 7 years of Personal Lines industry experience with extensive High Net Worth Account/Client Management experience
P&C Insurance License required upon hire
Experience with agency management systems/CRM; familiarity with Epic is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and self‑motivation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required with additional learning/certifications
Familiarity with major markets such as AIG, Chubb, PURE, and Travelers
Previous experience in a retail brokerage or independent agency
Technical expertise and solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
Experience with the National Flood Insurance Program
