Geospatial Field Sales Representative responsibilities include: Sell geospatial solutions to DoD agencies, focusing on maintaining current customer relationships and developing new business opportunities. Create and execute sales strategies to meet immediate and long-term business goals within the specified market. Nurture and expand relationships with key military branches and DoD agencies, aligning geospatial hardware and software solutions with their requirements. Solutions include total stations, GPS/GNSS, terrestrial and mobile LIDAR scanners, and related software; highlight Trimble\'s reality capture technologies. Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities within the DoD sector. Leverage government sales experience, geospatial hardware, and software expertise. May sell Trimble Connect and other geospatial cloud solutions after FedRAMP accreditation. Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets; deliver strong customer service and persuasive presentations and demonstrations. Maintain CRM updates with customer details, sales activities, and opportunities to keep data current and actionable. Travel to meet customers and participate in industry events as needed. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Sales and Industry Expertise:

Proven experience in government sales and/or selling geospatial hardware solutions. Knowledge of the government acquisition lifecycle and potential/preferred contract vehicles. Familiarity with optical total stations, GPS/GNSS, and terrestrial/mobile LIDAR scanners. Preference for candidates with experience selling cloud, SaaS, or software solutions to the DoD. Understanding of DoD secure software deployment concepts (e.g., FedRAMP/IL4). Relationship Building and Communication:

Ability to build relationships with prospects and clients. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Organizational and Management Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and CRM systems. Collaboration and Teamwork:

Ability to work across finance, legal, marketing, and product teams to deliver targeted results. Personal Attributes:

University degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Participation in industry events and meetings. About Your Location

The Geospatial Field Sales Representative reports to the DoD Sales Manager within Trimble\'s US Federal Government Sales division. The division focuses on the unique needs of federal agencies, particularly the Department of Defense, and aims to deliver innovative geospatial solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making for government clients. Trimble provides a compensation range and description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay for this position. This range is based on a full-time schedule and Trimble reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range based on circumstances. Hiring Range:
