Reynolds American has an exciting opportunity for a Performance Improvement and Digital Cell Lead Manager in Winston-Salem. The Performance Improvement & Digital Cell Manager will lead process optimization and digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing environment, acting as an innovation lighthouse for the factory. Responsibilities
Develop and implement process improvement plans to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. Analyze process data, identify root causes of problems, and recommend solutions to address issues. Benchmark digital standards and best practices with other factories. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance. Provide training and coaching to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools. Establish metrics to measure process performance and monitor progress toward improvement goals. Collaborate with departments to ensure process improvements align with overall business objectives. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to senior management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5+ years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or similar roles. Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. Experience in using process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, PDCA or Kaizen. Strong analytical, critical thinking and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Knowledge of VBA and SQL. Effective communication and presentation skills; able to train and mentor teams. About Reynolds American
