
Sr. Specialist, Supplier Relationship Management & Process Optimization (Hybrid)

Role Summary
The Senior Specialist, Supplier Relationship Management & Process Optimization will be primarily focused on relationship management activities, such as supplier governance and escalation management. This role also drives the deployment and continuous improvement of the supplier governance framework, onboarding/offboarding of suppliers, and development of a framework supporting supplier integrations beyond existing strategic partners. It leads the Relationship Management Center of Excellence to promote consistent practices and collaboration across service lines, and uses advanced project management to drive end-to-end process optimization across EP&S and GCS suppliers. Responsibilities
Organize, facilitate and execute routine Relationship Management Center of Excellence (CoE) meetings with clear next-step actions to promote consistent practices across EP&S relationship management functions and ensure effective scorecard usage for end-to-end supply chain accountability. Further develop and maintain the External Partnerships Playbook. Triage, resolve, and close escalations across EP&S raised by internal stakeholders with swift issue assessment, solution coordination, and thorough documentation. Support supplier performance in accordance with governance processes with clearly defined objectives against KPIs. Identify, develop, and deploy improvements to governance frameworks; enhance processes across EP&S functions and GCS suppliers, focusing on efficiency, automation/dashboarding, supplier scorecards, and tools/resources. Onboard and offboard suppliers according to the External Partnerships Playbook. Collaborate with suppliers to improve processes, ensuring consistent application and supporting sourcing management as needed. Project manage key EP&S priorities to support LT and XLT as needed. Support deviation management and supplier-related investigations as needed and assist broader EPS as overflow deviation support. Qualifications
Education: BS/BA degree Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience with or within a healthcare/consumer care/pharma or technology industries; project management or relationship management experience. Skills
Strong escalation, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to lead by influence and work effectively in matrix organizational structures. Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and execute on priorities with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking and independent decision-making with an out-of-the-box mindset. Clear, effective, and tactful communication with global professionals and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, QlikSense a plus. Creative problem-solving and ability to devise imaginative strategies for complex challenges. Education
