This role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies, managing brand presence across platforms, and leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in AI, Ad creation, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing tools to enhance our brand visibility and engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and connect with our target audience effectively. The person also needs to be familiar with Retail and E commerce businesses. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and others. Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding initiatives. Understand SEO, help impliment it on 2 to 3 sites using AI tools. Monitor social listening tools to gauge public sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to increase brand awareness. Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies. Oversee branding consistency across all digital platforms while ensuring high-quality proofreading of all content before publication. Manage e-commerce related marketing initiatives to drive online sales and customer engagement. Produce multimedia content including photography and video editing for promotional purposes. Track campaign results, prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement. Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and graphic design principles. Strong knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Experience with Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, SEO techniques, keyword research, and web analytics tools. Excellent content creation skills including writing, proofreading, video editing, photography, and visual storytelling. Familiarity with public relations strategies and relationship management within a digital context. Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital branding best practices is a plus.
