Overview

We are looking for a talented and high-energy member to join our Traveling Media Team in 2026. Expect to be our "boots on the ground" in the capture of impactful visual content for apartment community websites and marketing campaigns. As a Seasonal Media Producer, you will travel and shoot 20‑30 hours per week, generally within a 200‑mile radius of where you are located, to produce exceptional photographs and walk‑through video tours of unique apartment communities and floor plans. Training will occur over two weeks, including one week in person in Lincoln, NE. The season will run for 5‑8 months, beginning March 16th. Key Responsibilities

Capture photo and video according to RentVision’s specifications, showcasing communities to prospective residents in marketing. Travel to client properties within 200 miles of your metro area, driving to and from communities to capture media during the shoot timeframe. Maintain openness to travel for optional trips to other cities or states, including airline travel and overnight hotel stays as needed. Manage your calendar, staying on top of scheduled shoots and ensuring you are prepared to capture the required media. Manage media production, taking diligent notes and following the prescribed media management process to conclude each shoot and collaborate with the team. Client Communication

On‑site, interact with apartment community staff weekly with professionalism, great communication, and a pleasant demeanor. Your interactions will help create remarkable experiences for RentVision clients. Team Collaboration

This position may be remote, but you will work closely with a Media Team of over 30 years of combined experience. Stay in contact with your direct manager and travel coordinator to stay informed about upcoming shoots and receive training and feedback from the editing and media production teams. Requirements

Professional videography and photography experience (e.g., weddings, commercials, corporate events) and strong working knowledge of mirrorless cameras—Canon preferred. Collaborative team member with a strong creative vision and a high quality, timely product. Adaptable to change, excited by new challenges, and a strong decision‑maker while on the road. Consistent and persistent, producing large quantities of visual content on time and meeting brand standards. Adventurous, comfortable with regular travel, and prepared to travel to clients within a 200‑mile radius and beyond as needed. Valid driver’s license and ability to move up to 60 lbs of equipment, with physical stamina for extended hours outdoors. Customer‑service mindset, top‑notch communication skills, and a pleasant demeanor even during tough shoots. Tech‑savvy, comfortable using Zoom, Dropbox, Slack, and G‑Suite, and able to learn quickly. Benefits

Base hourly rate + mileage reimbursement + quality production bonus. Top‑line equipment and training provided. About RentVision
